FINDING THE BLESSINGS
Presented by the Visiting Angels of Park Church
Caregivers are people who make regular calls or visits to people, as well as those who are taking physical care of a person on a regular basis. This program, presented through Hospice of Northwest Ohio, will explore the spiritual aspects of caregiving, as well as practical aspects.
This is a series of discussion, problem solving and idea sharing, more than a lecture series. Questions will be welcomed and talking encouraged.
A presentation regarding living wills and end of life helps will be given. Copies of these items will be available to take home. Through this program, also, you will be helped to find and know how to say what is important to friends and family during your caregiving experiences.
We are limited to twelve (12) people for this series of four Thursday afternoons, beginning January 8, 2009, in the Parlor. Please call the office (419-382-5654) and make your reservation. This is open to the public as well as to people who come to Park Church so bring a friend.
Thanks to Flo Metzger who introduced us to this wonderful experience of finding the blessings for the caregiver. We hope to see you.
Blessings,
Pastor Terry and the Visiting Angels
