Reverend Ed Heilman
|
I believe in opening my heart to God, to every person, and to the universe. I make myself accessible to the Holy Spirit.
I believe in belonging to an intentional spiritual community. My community is Park Church.
I believe in affirming and developing my real self, and inviting others to validate and nurture their true selves. Every person on earth is beloved of God, valuable, and necessary.
I believe in the coming realm of integrity, justice, and mercy, and partner with any others who share this dream. For this cause Jesus lived and taught courageous hospitality, was executed by the state, and is raised and vindicated in the ongoing work of gathering together a blessed, diverse, and inclusive, community of peace.

Ashley Kohn Contemporary Worship LeaderI work as a member service representative for the Wolf Creek YMCA, and I've been there for about 2 years now. I love to play pretty much any instrument I can get my hands on, but my two favorites are the guitar and piano. Outside of work and music, I love spending time with my friends, and I'm always up for watching a good movie! My family is a huge part of my life, and last year, they left Toledo and moved to Alabama. So I enjoy getting to slip away to see them from time to time. Before I came to Park church, I was an assistant worship leader at Garden Park Christian Church for 4 years. I owe the majority of what I've learned about leading worship, to the people there.
